Cloud cover ratio and cloud column water content affect significantly the surface circumstance such as the ground surface temperature through the energy transport of the radiation in the air. In this study, an analytic model of cloud was constructed under some simple assumptions. In this model, the cloud cover ratio and the column water content are expressed analytically.
