STRUCTURAL BEHAVIOR OF CONNECTION BETWEEN STEEL COMPOSITE CONCRETE PILE AND RC FOOTING BY ANCHOR REINFORCING BARS WIDENING ARRANGEMENT

Abstract

The results of various experiments and FEM analysis are presented for the structural behavior of the vertical plate component connecting anchor reinforcing bar with steel composite concrete (SC) pile widening arrangement，and that of the connection between vertical plate and SC pile. The yield and ultimate strengths of the connection between SC pile and RC footing tested can be estimated，and the widening effect of the arrangement of anchor reinforcing bars by vertical plates is confirmed.
