Abstract
Studing on the mobility of the wheel chair users.The problems as follows are pointed out. 1) Can not utilize the devices at middle speed and for middle distance. 2) The users apt to depend on a car wherever to ro out. And a new vehicle of following features is desiableto designing. 1) Traveling at low or middle speed equal with the motor scooters. 2) Access easily and usable without transfer for wheel chair users. 3) Electric drive and considered about safty of the users. The vehicle is available also for the ages or the generality.It's intended to design as a "Universal design".
