Abstract
The purpose of the current study is to estimate at the possibility that the inhabitants use the regional information media connected to internet on the local assembly establishment for the comrnunity development. This report refer to the results of the questionnaire to reveal the following three items, the realities of the regidents' use of the assembly hall. their needs of the various local information on the media, their needs of some services of the media on the establishment. The survey showed : The inhabitants, the young in particular, seldom use the assembly hall, They have little interest in the information about the local activities. They have little in the service for their local communication, either.
