Abstract
This paper reports the results of the investigation about sick house syndrome by the measurement and questionnaire. Regarding the measurement of indoor air quality , the relation between the formaldehyde concentration and the indoor temperature was investigated in new-built house. Concerning the questionnaire , the actual state of indoor air pollution and occupant's behavior at new-built house were investigated. As a result, it was confirmed that the indoor air pollution has become an important problem in new-built house and the ventilation method will be effective in preventing sick house syndrome .
