Abstract
The living environments have been designed for ordinary persons until now. Therefore, the behaviors of aged and handicapped persons in their life do not fit to these living environments. In this study, The problem occured in living environments around left-handed users was picked up as one of social ones. Most of living environments are not designed for and do not fit to left-handed persons . Because the number of right-handed persons occupies a large majority of Japanese. The purpose of this study is to make misfits between left-handed persons and living envi-ronments clear through the previous reserch and pencil and paper test.
