Abstract
Abstract : The purpose of this report is to make clear whether there are any apporopriate images and figures for outdoor sculpture which is a kind of 'public art'. Sampling 22 outdoor sculptures in Fukuoka City, following 3 questionnaire surveys were done; (1)Fukuoka citizens' favorite sculptures and familiarity with the sculptures (2)Non-citizens' likes and dislikes about the sculptures (3)Art students'image evaluation of each sculpture by SD method Comparing these results and making an image analysis of the sculptures, it is suppoesd that there are no appropriate images and figures for outdoor sculpture.
