Abstract
Chiba prefecture established their own standard to designate the traditional crafts. This study aims to make an action plan to utilize the traditional crafts to the regional development by analyzing the result of questionnaire with the artisans. These answers are said to be as the demands of artisans. Authors aim at these demanding items to derive a diagram of action plan by classifying these demanding items. As the result, demanding items are classified into 7 items. Then authors indicated that 1) it is important to access to the artisans from the supporters such as research institutes, 2) And all these actions must be carry out with the face to face association.
