In this paper, we research the design process of product packaging which takes into account the appearance of the product. We take into account the viewpoint of marketing in inside a shop especially in a retail store. The Scenario-Based Design technique adopted in recent years is used in that case. The type of Design is one approach which supports the creative thinking of a design by describing a user situation as a scenario. Therefore, it goal is the proposal of the design methodology of a new scenario base which takes into account the appearance of the product.
