Abstract

In the accident of the Tokyo Electric Power Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, the user of the radiation meter expanded to the non-specialist. This research aims at the interface design development for providing a user with the required information about radiation. We investigated the risk image of radiation and the concern about a measuring instrument. We showed clearly how a risk image is affected using information and proposed the interface design of apparatus which presents measured value visually.
