Abstract
The next generation of design talent has three new abilities. (1) design propose capacity, (2) ability to realize design, (3) design capacity of producing. But the specific elements about the ability of (1) and (2) is not clear. In this study, we consider designer’s ability from the point of view of three resources that ( i ) reducing read time ( ii ) reducing production cost and( iii ) raising organizational communication. As the results, we revealed the ability to be required in the development of next generation of design talents are a) ability to activate interdepartmental communication, b) ability to visualization c) ability to knowledge mediation.
