Development of A AR application for Sustainable Disaster Management

Abstract

In today's Japan, we must assume a disaster. The disaster is included in not only the earthquake but also the flood by the heavy rain. However, there is few you in an opportunity to imagine a disaster routinely. A lot of tools to imagine a disaster are prepared by the local government. For example, it is a disaster prevention handbook and hazard map. However, it is difficult to understand them. Therefore, using a technique called AR - Augmented Reality - , I developed the application that I could understand intuitively. It is very realistic sight information.
