Abstract
This report is a study on the optimization of the design of the corporate website. In this study, we are intended to discuss the idea of building websites that analyzed from the HCD(Human-Centered Design) process for building BtoB website, with an emphasis on user experience. The case study website was built through the steps to organize the information in accordance with the idea of HCD. Revealed the importance of considering the distribution of information based on user behavior analysis. Also, discussed the relationship between the HCD process, the before-and after-sales service, and the relationship between story and scenarios before-and after-sales service.
