Abstract
I produced citizen movie "Takahama story" in Takahama-shi, Aichi in 2012.It is aimed for young upbringing. And I designed an area by this movie. This movie was completed by a civic volunteer and cooperation of the staff. I discovered local originality by a local thorough research. And I buried local directionality in a scenario. The means called the picture made the movement of the heart called sympathy and the impression. The local people had the pride to the area. I am a communication-designer designing the event that a citizen begins to move triggered by a movie.
