Abstract
People have chances that reflects their activity during usual communication. It occurs “reflective thinking”. This research tries to design for new communication activity supporting to medical nursing, and software tool supporting to activity. This paper shows our practice of co-design and to find heuristically new design concept. In our practice we hold “expression workshop” for nurse to create a chance of reflection of their jobs. Through the workshop we found the possibility of externalization of nurse’s thoughts and experiences.
