Abstract
Façade in Colmar was investigated. As results, YR in Hue was used as main colors on many building façade.  In addition, nature materials such as wood, stone and soil were used on all building façade.  These data demonstrated that landscape design was lead to natural, historical and local appearance.  Furthermore, when color scheme for landscape was heard from planning department in Colmar, key scheme was conservation planning documents which made by local committee, which were constituted by architecture professionals, planning officer and local residents.  When color scheme was decided, conservation planning documents and discussion with them were regard as key color scheme.
