Abstract
The material that is used in wood furniture, are solid wood and wood-based material. Besides of that, modified wood such as compressed wood is used as furniture material too. Furthermore, elasticity to compression can be made by secondary processing of compressed wood to laminated wood. This is a research about the application of this material in furniture. As a result, it is possible to create the seat size material with elasticity, and able to apply that to the chair seat. After this, the joining method of furniture part and apply it to other furniture is necessary to be consider.
