Abstract

Through the production of a cable television program in which children discover and transmit information from the local community, the program attempts to nurture information literacy through children's image media. In order to convey information from the local community, it is necessary to have the functional element of accurately conveying information, dynamic and sensitive elements such as personal experiences, and subjective elements of conveying what one has felt and thought.
