Abstract
This study concerns the area of illustration in the 1960s Japan. It makes clear the characteristics of the illustration in the theater poster "La Marie Vison" performed by "Tenjo-Sajiki" that were made by two designers Uno Akira and Yokoo Tadanori.There were two kinds of concept, Uno tended to drew illustration from the viewpoint of the pictorial work beside Yokoo thought the illustration was completely different expression from the art, that is the constractive work of design.
