Effect After the Revision of System's User Interface

Abstract

Users usually dislikes the changes on system's user interface because they already habituated to use the previous one. But users soon learn new interface. In order to evaluate the changes of the interface, it is necessary to look the user's behavior for long time. In this research I observed the user's interaction before the interface is changed, first time of using new one and 3mounth after the change.
