Required Faculties in Proceeding with Innovative Design Process

Abstract

In this  paper, it is described about required faculties in proceeeding with innovative design process by examined the basic structure of a stereotype design process. Output quality from the process is highly dependent on faculties of the members, especially in design thinking this part rely on the nature of a designer. Without leading designers to create new value using these standard protocols, ateam members should have process driver's skills and abilities as a driver of innovation. Active learning is one of the effective means to enhance the ability of these through education.
