Abstract
We suggested 8 future visions of City, Transportation and Station and This future visions are mainly based on the consumer’s point of view. In this research, we applied PEST analysis method for correcting the information of PEST point of view due to well-balanced analysis. The research object is to support service design for the Transportation area because we think transportation area are expected that there are significantly changes by technology development  in the future and having correct Future prediction is necessary for designing valuable service.
