Abstract
The theme of this research is the design of "Activity Program" for people who expresses with using information system. Designing Activity program is needed to design together with design of software tools for people who is not familiar the information system. This theme might be important for developing solution of the system applied to our society and community. We have proposed a framework for design of activity program, and practiced design software tools and activity programs by using the framework. In these practices, we realized potential space for people's expressive activity. This paper reports our reflection to these practices, and some issue point for a new framework for co-creation.
