In nursing care, read pain is an important factor as a standard for understanding patients. We have developed an evaluation tool that can simultaneously evaluate both mental and sensory quantities to measure Total pain. The purpose of this research is to verify whether mental and sensory quantities can be evaluated simultaneously by making question using the evaluation tools produced. As a result, it became clear that not only the level of pain but also the level of such as irritation and surprise could be read at the same time. Moreover, it was suggested that the nuance of the amount of mental and sensory of each user could be visualized.
