With the rapid technology of the mobile device, the people used to contact each other by instant messaging, which is very easy and simple for the personal mobile device. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept of usage intention of emoticon, emoji, sticker, and computer-mediated communication and furthermore to develop a measurement tool for the technology acceptance model (TAM) that based on Tang & Hew (2019). This study created the preliminary acceptance model for usage intention investigation of emoticon, emoji, and sticker.
