Remote group work in practice classes

Abstract

Most of the lecture-related lessons in 2020 became distance lessons.

This report explains the application of distance learning to exercise-based lessons.

With the file sharing function of Microsoft Teams, brainstorming, brainwriting, customer journey map, WBS, service blueprint, and business model canvas were conducted remotely.

It was found that sufficient group work is possible even remotely.
