In the transition to a circular economy, we will focus on the current issues of sharing services. We conducted a comparative analysis of the two types of users: users of car sharing services and users who purchase used cars and share them with their relatives as shared goods. From the differences between the two types of users, we tried to identify the issues that need to be addressed in order to shift from a mere usage type of sharing service to a usage type as a commons, and to try to create a mechanism for sharing ownership and management, as well as a mechanism for appropriately disclosing personal information and clarifying the scope of rights and responsibilities even in an unspecified anonymous community.
