Abstract

Because visual impairment has a very low incidence, it is difficult for the parents who have visually impaired children to get information about visual impairment and to meet colleague. In 2013, “Hiyoko no Kai”, Association of visuially impaired infants and families was established. They participate in the activities and enjoy chatting using SNS. They can sympathize with each other by discussing their daily experiences. And those information are shared among the members. We consider the significance of constructing a system that extract and share of “Tacit Knowledge” Know-how possessed by parents.
