Abstract

The third sector Isumi Railway's mission is to increase the value of passengers, people in the area along the railway lines, government, and other stakeholders.

They have been trying to attract tourists by converting the

attractiveness of the area into rich value and providing it as

tourism content. It can be said that the public transportation.

business has been converted to a public exchange business

As an example, we distribute rapeseed seeds to local supporters, sow seeds so that they will bloom in the spring, and decoratethe railway lines.

This is known all over the country as a railway where rape blossoms bloom, and has attracted many railway fans and tourists. We investigated these efforts.
