This study is an experimental discussion of a design evaluation method using VR. In recent years, the usefulness of line-of-sight measurement has been increasing for package design. On the other hand, a 3D computer graphics projection system in a VR space has been developed to measure the line of sight to the 3D computer graphics. Therefore, in this study, we propose a method to describe the sight behavior of a label-less PET bottle by presenting a 3D CG in a VR space. As a result, we were able to describe the frequency of eye-fixation while viewing the VR contents. Furthermore, we confirmed the relationship between the sight behavior characteristics and subjective evaluation of the label-less PET bottle design.
