This study aims to find more effective ways to eliminate gender discrimination, considering issues with accusations made by the "discriminated" . The study identifies three problems with these accusations, including questions about their legitimacy, categorization issues, and justifications based on cost-benefit analysis. The study emphasizes the importance of addressing bias from the discriminator's perspective to achieve discrimination resolution. To overcome unconscious biases, the study designs an experiential learning program that references related research and practical examples.
