Abstract

This study developed a web-based evacuation assistance system that utilizes the LINE social networking service to collect and share local damage information and display it on 2D and AR maps, with the goal of supporting evacuation behavior during natural disasters. Users can send their location and damage information via the LINE Bot. This transmitted data is processed through the LINE Bot Messaging API and stored in a PostgreSQL database. During an evacuation, the damaged information stored in PostgreSQL is retrieved and reflected on the AR and 2D maps. The results of an evacuation drill using this system demonstrated its effectiveness in supporting evacuation behavior.
