Abstract

We focus on differences in color vision and consider color vision that differs from that of people with normal color vision as “color vision characteristics” rather than abnormalities. In this research, we propose a picture book to learn, enjoy, and express the diversity of color vision. In “iroirotoridori”, each of the six books conveys a different color world by linking animal ecology and behavior with various color vision characteristics. Through these picture books, the goal is to help both adults and children understand the differences in color vision.
