In this study, we worked on prototyping a digital educational picture book for the purpose of supporting the Dementia Kids Supporter Training Course. The tool has a total of 32 slide-switching screens, some of which are mini games. Users create their own avatar and learn about dementia and its support under the guidance of a lecturer character. The content consists of four parts: an explanation of the basic knowledge of dementia, two trouble experience games related to memory, time, and space, which are the main symptoms, and how to treat dementia patients. As a result of interviews with welfare officials, we were able to obtain high evaluations and future expectations for this tool.
