A proposal of a time-varying basic model for mental value focused on services

Abstract

This paper describes the proposal of a time-varying basic model for mental value focused on services. Value experience episodes during service use were collected, and based on the concept of time-based design, the service use period was divided into three periods, and the connection of mental values experienced during each period was modeled. As a result, 28 patterns of value growth patterns of mental values were obtained. However, the relationship between mental values and utility values or value influencing factors is not clear and needs to be examined in the future.
