The shift from "cure to care" in healthcare demands approaches that enhance patient well-being. Pharmaceutical companies now not only develop and market drugs but also promote patient well-being. This article discusses the "ONO Well-being for ALL project," highlighting the expansion of patient understanding through human-centered design, recognizing patients' diverse needs and values, and fostering a continuous, dialogic commitment to their life well-being.
