Abstract

We believe that this ongoing research has played a certain role from the perspective of universal design. However, there remains the problem of the ability of steroid drug particles sprayed from pMDI to reach the alveoli from the peripheral airways due to differences in size.The purpose of this time is to inherit the concept of the new MA pMDI spacer, while reducing the large particles (approximately 3 μm or more) of pMDI drugs that enter the oral cavity, and to efficiently aspirate the necessary small particles (approximately 3 μm or less). This is research and development of a new spacer.
