Abstract
This study considers the outcomes of the “it-KATARI” activity, which encourages participants to engage in dialogue without seeking definitive answers or judgments. Based on survey results, this research analysis that small-group conversations that blending formal and informal communication around open-ended questions help participants better understand their own thoughts and emotions while encountering diverse perspectives. This process can temporarily free them from time-bound, efficiency-driven thinking, fostering enhanced creativity and psychological safety.
