Abstract
This study proposes a stockable cultivation kit to address nutritional and mental health issues during disasters. The kit offers quick nutrition through sprouted peas and promotes psychological relief through long-term pea sprout cultivation. Bamboo charcoal filtration reduces bacterial growth, enhancing safety. Interviews and trials showed positive emotional effects and potential for social interaction, but challenges remain, such as burden during early disaster phases and limited crop options. Future research should involve actual disaster scenarios to validate effectiveness and refine the proposal.
