Abstract
Children with visual impairments struggle with recognizing time, leading to disrupted circadian rhythms and poor sleep. Limited physical activity also affects sleep. This study proposes “The Sunlit Piano,” a product to help visually impaired children understand time and develop daily rhythms through play.“The Sunlit Piano” is a modular, interactive system that changes sound and light when stepped on. It promotes physical activity and helps children learn time. Future work will assess its impact on daily rhythm formation and effectiveness.
