Abstract

AI-related products and services are primarily perceived based on objective performance and safety. However, AI assistants involve objective aspects, such as providing information and performing tasks, and emotional aspects, like communication with humans. In this context, imperfection or growth potential will be regarded as important. However, the existing literature does not discuss this perspective. This study conducted a randomized controlled trial and found that while completeness was not relevant, growth potential was significant.
