Abstract
A “drugstore without display shelves” VR store was designed and user tested. Feedback was obtained from experts mainly from the perspective of store operations and from non-experts mainly from the perspective of user experience. Experts rated individual booths as preferable, possibly as a result of their emphasis on privacy and drug instruction. The decrease in the number of non-experts who preferred to purchase from the display shelves could be due to the influence of the penetration of DX in society.
