Abstract

This study developed a prototype interface using an aneroid sphygmomanometer for a digital game designed for nursing education. The game aims to enhance self-directed learning of blood pressure measurement using auscultation. By modifying the gauge and applying image recognition, the system accurately converts needle angles into pressure values. Preliminary experiments confirmed the interface's reliability in different lighting environments. Future work involves integrating this interface into educational games and evaluating its effectiveness in improving nursing students' proficiency.
