This study proposes a novel e-book interface that replaces the conventional "paper page" metaphor with a spatial navigation system based on the Method of Loci, an ancient mnemonic technique. The system maps a book's structure onto a three-dimensional spatial metaphor of streets, buildings, and floors. A Figma prototype was evaluated through comparative and subjective experiments, confirming high ratings for usability and metaphor clarity. All participants reported that the spatial layout enhanced content recall and position awareness, demonstrating the effectiveness of spatial mapping for reading efficiency and learning support.
