Abstract
This research is to prove creating "the tourism based on aboriginal subjectivity" by designing tourism appropriately is possible through the comparison of ethnic tourism between the Amis aboriginal Tafalong and Fata'an communities. As the result, 4 principles of tourism are proposed: (1) the design capacity of the local people should be regarded; (2) tourism design is to create a social environment in which the problems of the community can be appeared and be solved; (3) tourism design is not only for visitors, but also for local people's enjoyment, study and life. (4) tourism design is to create a new role for the local guide to maintain the local culture, nature and subjectivity of aboriginal communities.
