Abstract
The purpose of this study is offering fundamental datum to keep safety of the intersections of city area in the snowy condition. Firstly, characteristic trends of the traffic accidents in the intersections are grasped. Secondly, consciousnesses of the driver who use the intersection are discussed by the questionnaire survey. Thirdly, characteristic behaviors are picked out by relationship between the characteristic trends of the traffic accidents and the consciousness of the driver and are tested by observing actual traffic conditions on the intersections.
