Abstract
Sixteen（16）ostomates（58～81 years old）were interviewed to confirm their needs for their apparatus.
They complains mainly 7 problems and some problems such as the skin trouble,unstability of the apparatus defies solution especially for the elderly patients.
The result of this study seem to indicate that some non-adhesive type appliances as a device would be useful for the elderly ostomates.
