In our country, there are parking meter section as interim using of road space in a case of capacity of off-street parking facilities is insufficient. In parking meter section, legitimate on-street parking is admitted by parking in a frame, paying parking fee using parking meter or parking ticket, and finish parking within the set parking time limit. Until now, operation of parking meter has been mainstream that parking fee is 300 yen and parking limit time is 60 minutes. However, new operation that parking fee is 100 yen and parking limit time is 20 minutes started some areas centering on Tokyo fitting recent short time on-street parking demand.
This study, I analyzed the actual situation of on-street parking in parking meter section in which operation parking meter with different parking limit time and parking fees are mixed. And I revealed influence of difference in operation method on street parking behavior.
