Abstract
We report a case of cerebral venous angioma in left parietal lobe. The patient was a 75 year-old man who had right dysesthesia several years before. Conventional magnetic resonance imaging revealed a high signal intensity lesion at T2 weighted image in deep white mater of left hemisphere. The SWAN technique allowed the detailed depiction of cerebral venous angioma without application of intravenous contrast agent. The SWAN was not invasive and very useful in examination for outpatients.
