Abstract
A new method for making cast models was devised using styrene form, acetone, thinner for urethane paint and its hardener. These materials become hard when the coagulate. The degree of injection can be regulated by altering the amounts of acetone, thinner and its hardener relative to that of the styrene foam. The cast models made by this method are comparatively strong and the handling is easy, because it is not very sticky. Because of these points, the method is considered excellent for making cast models.
